THe reverse method

Everyone always wants to be “toned”, but really, the primary focus should be on getting your body to functioning at an optimal caloric level. Eating builds your body, working out shapes it. We start with determining your resting metabolic rate (RMR) and slowly INCREASE calories. We feed your body more food to awaken your metabolism until it tells us it can’t take any more. Once we reach the sweet spot, we’ll then take you on a GRADUAL caloric deficit aka a “cut”. Don’t worry, you won’t be on a caloric deficit for an over-extended period of time because that would be unhealthy. Then we go back up again on the reverse and repeat this cycle until you reach your goal weight. People get excited for the cut because that is where the majority of the weight loss is during the program, but the true success is being able to maintain your ideal body weight eating at a higher caloric level without gaining weight. That is where we want to be - healthy and satisfied, not unhealthy and hungry. So yes, this program will take time and patience. If you’re looking for rapid weight loss, this program is not it. Anyone can take themselves through a caloric deficit, but if you want to keep that weight off intuitively, then you’re in the right place.
